• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and stakeholders • Advise clients on marketing strategies, both in suggesting new strategies and in offering improvements/revisions to client-suggested strategies • Serve as primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients • Carry and present yourself as the digital marketing authority to clients, making suggestions that will have real impacts • Understand project scope, requirements and resource needs by collaborating with sales, support teams, and clients • Lead calls for clients, introducing them to SMC’s team, guiding them on our process, and helping them feel confident in their decision to work with our company • Responsible for the presentation and renewal of quarterly partnership growth plans with clients • Manage client profiles in Hubspot • Provide clear direction to internal teams, setting expectations and due dates for deliverables • Effectively manage client requests in a timely manner • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant experience as an Account Manager in the dental marketing industry
- 1+ years of marketing experience
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs
- Experience with digital marketing
- Exceptional communicator (verbal and written)
- Excellent customer service
- Highly organized
- Collaborative relationship builder
- Possess strong attention to detail.
