Sales Development Representative

• Conduct lead research and prospecting to identify target accounts and decision-makers using tools such as LinkedIn and CRM data • Execute outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and social messaging to engage prospective customers • Qualify inbound leads against defined criteria before passing opportunities to Account Executives or founders • Build and maintain strong early-stage relationships with prospects, creating a positive first impression of magentIQ • Maintain accurate pipeline data in the CRM, tracking all interactions and follow-up activities • Collaborate closely with Founders, Account Executives, and Sales Managers on target lists, messaging, and outreach strategies • Track and report on key SDR metrics (calls, meetings booked, qualified leads, conversion rates) • Gather market feedback from prospects and share insights on competitors, trends, and product fit with internal teams
Job Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar role
- Direct experience working in a US Sales organization
- Proven ability to meet or exceed lead-generation targets and KPIs
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
- Excellent organization and time-management skills in a remote work environment
- Self-starter mindset with resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
