Sales Development Representative – DACH

Phorest Software

• Research: Identify high-end beauty businesses (salons, spas, med-spas) that could benefit from Phorest. • Lead management: Use various tools such as Salesforce, Demodesk and other CRM systems to manage and track leads. • Prospecting: Reach out to potential customers via phone, email and social media to introduce Phorest and schedule meetings. • Marketing collaboration: Work with the marketing team on account-based marketing initiatives (e.g., gift campaigns, events). • Outbound campaigns: Run targeted campaigns for key-account lists to generate sales opportunities. • Qualification: Evaluate leads against specific criteria and hand them over to Account Executives. • Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM. • Messaging: Support the marketing team in refining messaging for a consistent outreach approach. • Industry knowledge: Keep up with current trends to effectively communicate the value of Phorest. • Professional development: Participate in regular training to improve sales skills.

Job Requirements

  • You have a consistent track record as an SDR and bring 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Ideally within the SaaS sector.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
  • Independent, goal-oriented work style with a high drive to achieve targets.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Excellent German language skills at native level and confident English skills (at least B2), as our company language is English.
  • Experience with hair, beauty or spa businesses.
