Car & Classic
• Outbound Prospecting ☎️ Make 50+ connected outbound calls per day to classic and performance car owners, collectors, and dealers. • Conduct personalised outreach via phone and email to generate interest in consigning vehicles. • Build trust with sellers by understanding their vehicle history and motivations. • Secure a minimum of 3 vehicle consignments per day by qualifying leads and presenting auction value propositions. • Lead Qualification 🧠 Qualify inbound sales and valuation leads to determine vehicle eligibility and seller readiness. • Identify high-potential prospects, provide vehicle valuations and convert to auction sales or enrol in email sequences. • CRM Management 📝 Accurately log all prospect interactions, updates, and vehicle details in the CRM system. • Maintain clean, organised pipelines and follow-up schedules. • Market Research & Targeting 🔎 Identify and research new prospect segments. • Stay informed about classic and performance car trends, values, and collector interests. • Collaboration & Reporting 🧩 Work closely with the marketing and consignment teams to align on lead generation strategies and campaign follow-ups. • Report on daily activity, call volume, consignment progress, and lead conversion metrics. • Customer Education & Support 📚 Educate prospects on the auction process, benefits of consigning with the company, and current auction timelines. • Provide a white-glove experience tailored to the high-value nature of the classic and performance car community.
Job Requirements
- Proven Track Record in Outbound Sales: Proficiency in conducting outbound calls, from cold outreach to warm lead follow-ups, with a focus on relationship building and sales conversion.
- Target-Driven Mindset: Thrives in a target-driven environment, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals and performance metrics.
- Passion for Classic and Performance Cars: Genuine interest in classic and performance cars, with a good knowledge of the market.
- Tech-Savvy: Confident navigating multiple digital platforms simultaneously, working in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.
- Ability to Generate Contacts: Skilled in generating contacts from scratch, whether through networking, prospecting, or other means, to expand the client base and drive sales opportunities.
- Strong Customer Service Skills: Exceptional ability to build rapport and provide top-notch service to clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to both clients and colleagues.
- Action-Oriented Approach: Hands-on, proactive attitude with a focus on getting things done efficiently and effectively, even in the face of challenges or obstacles.

• Prospecting and Lead Generation • Conduct research to identify potential clients that align with watchTowr’s target market and ideal customer profile. • Generate interest in watchTowr’s offerings and qualify leads for handover to the sales team. • Outreach and Engagement • Develop personalised outreach messages that address customer pain points and align with watchTowr’s value propositions. • Maintain high volumes of outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn connections to engage prospects. • Follow up with potential leads and nurture relationships to progress them through the sales funnel. • Lead Qualification • Use defined criteria to qualify leads, ensuring they meet watchTowr’s ideal customer profile. • Conduct discovery conversations to gather insights on lead needs, challenges, and decision-making processes. • Prioritise and categorise leads based on engagement level and readiness to buy. • CRM and Data Management • Accurately document all interactions and prospect information in the CRM to maintain an organised and up-to-date pipeline.
• Identify and qualify opportunities with water utilities across the U.S. • Tailor outreach strategies, connect with key decision-makers, and generate pipeline • Execute outbound campaigns across multiple channels, handle responses with a consultative approach • Use tools to work efficiently and improve continuously • Receive coaching and feedback, expected to learn fast and iterate often
