Product Operations Analyst

• Collect, analyze, and interpret product-related data to support operational decisions • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track product performance, user engagement, and other critical metrics • Identify inefficiencies in product development and operational workflows • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving processes and optimizing resource allocation • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure data insights align with strategic objectives • Continuously monitor product health by analyzing user behavior, feature adoption, and feedback • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used for product operations analysis • Conduct ad-hoc data analyses to answer specific business questions, support product decisions, or investigate operational challenges • Assist in the development of automation tools and processes that enhance data collection, reporting, and analysis efficiency • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Familiarity with Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis is a plus
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Asana) is beneficial
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
  • 2-4 years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in a product operations, business operations, or product management environment
  • Experience working with Agile development teams.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, product experimentation, or user research methodologies.

ABOUT THE POSITION As a Sr. Design Operations Specialist at prAna, you will play a crucial role in streamlining and optimizing our design processes to ensure the seamless execution of our apparel collections. You will work closely with our design, production, and merchandising teams to coordinate and manage the workflow from initial concept through to final production. Your responsibilities will include managing design schedules, facilitating communication between cross-functional teams, and implementing operational efficiencies. This role requires a blend of creative understanding and operational expertise, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and timely delivery of our products, helping to drive the success of our brand. HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE - Collaborate with the Creative Design Director on the product creation execution strategy. - Oversee Creative Services calendars, work with Creative Design Director and cross functional leads to ensure all projects and deliverables are on time and meet requirements.
