Business Development Representative
Creator Deck
• Research brands, identify prospects, and build targeted lead lists aligned with our ideal customer profile. • Run high-volume outbound phone calls daily to connect with brands and find relevant POC’s • Execute multi-touch outbound sequences—including calls, social media outreach (instagram, tiktok, X, LinkedIn), and email campaigns—to generate qualified sales opportunities. • Clearly articulate our influencer ad solutions and value proposition to prospects. • Set qualified meetings for Account Executives and help accelerate deals early in the pipeline. • Track all activity in CRM and consistently hit weekly and monthly outreach/meeting targets. • Attend weekly sales / internal meetings. • Assist with industry and client research (past / current marketing campaigns, ad spend, agency relationships). • Help maintain internal document, trackers, organization of sales materialsSupport Sales team on any ad-hoc tasks as needed. • Coordinate materials, organization, and overall workflow to meet deadlines. • Help create decks and one-sheetsAssist with client meetings: scheduling, agenda’s, and materials. • Take comprehensive notes during meetings and circulate post-meeting recaps.
Job Requirements
- 1–4 years of BDR/SDR or outbound lead generation experience (agency or marketing environment preferred - experience in influencer marketing, paid social, creator partnerships, or PR sales)
- Strong phone-first outbound mentality— comfortable making 50+ calls per day.
- Experience running digital outbound sequences (LinkedIn, email automation, etc.)
- Polished verbal and written communication skills, with internal colleagues and external clients
- Self-starter mindset, competitive energy, and desire to grow into a closing role.
- Ability to work quickly, stay organized, and hit KPIs consistently.
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to accommodate tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience working with advertising clients to fully understand their business model and campaign objectives, and ability to develop strategies to meet their goals
- Ability to work remotely, both independently and collaboratively
- Self motivated and directed, able to work remotely with a team and sort through action items / requests in live documents to meet tight deadlines
- Enthusiasm to work and learn with a fun and tight-knit team in a start-up environment within the marketing and entertainment industry
- Must be located in the US and able to work PST hours.
