Advanced English is required. • Lead the "Strangler" migration of core Content Acquisition systems such as Crawler. • Own the "Future State" architecture and define standards for the move to EKS and Event-Driven Architecture. • Manage a distributed group of ~7 to 10 engineers and be responsible for culture and performance management. • Act as the critical operational link, translating directives from Seattle to execution in Toronto and continuity in Copenhagen. • Operationalize AI for engineering throughput and model usage of LLMs for modernization.
