Qualifications - Solid Engineering Background: Extensive background in software engineering with strong fundamentals in distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms. - Leadership Experience: Proven experience managing engineering teams, driving performance, and successfully developing people's careers. - Architectural Skills: Strong ability in System Design, with a track record of designing scalable, fault-tolerant systems and microservices. - Business Sense & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and strategically align with business goals. Advanced English is required. Requirements - Scale Experience: Experience working in high-growth startups, preparing systems for massive scale, or managing high-traffic distributed systems. - AI-Curious or Experienced: Have an interest in or experience with integrating AI models, crawlers, or automation tools to solve complex operational problems. - Talent Magnet: Passion for recruiting, interviewing, and building diverse, high-performing teams.
