Garner Health
• Generate qualified meetings and pipeline for Garner’s revenue organization • Meet or exceed BDR activity metrics set forth • Work with Provider Sales VPs to develop targeted outreach strategies for healthcare organizations, including health systems, physicians groups, digital health platforms, and other care delivery organizations • Utilize business and industry knowledge to research healthcare organizations, identify key stakeholders and decision makers across clinical, operational, and partnership teams, generate interest, identify compelling events, and develop target accounts. • Conduct high-level discovery conversations with prospective healthcare organizations to qualify opportunities and schedule meetings with Garner’s Provider Sales team • Manage, track and report on all activities using Salesforce • Work in collaboration with Growth Marketing to drive attendance at regional and national events
Job Requirements
- 1 - 3 years relevant work experience
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and strong writing skills
- Inbound and outbound calling experience
- Proficient in Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo
- Familiarity with the healthcare landscape, including health systems, physician groups, clinically integrated networks, digital health platforms, or other care delivery organizations, is a plus.
- A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
- Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment with notable upside preferred

As a BDR, you own initial outreach to targeted healthcare organizations and care delivery platforms, working in conjunction with the Provider sales team. This role reports directly to the SVP, Provider Partnerships. Where you will work: Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.
