We are seeking a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to build and scale new business opportunities through strategic platform and partnership deals that will create new value for the Unity ecosystem As a Senior Strategic Partnership Manager, you will drive our strategic partner and platform ecosystem by nurturing existing partnerships and evaluating new partnerships and opportunities. You will align our strategic objectives in concert with Product and Engineering, ensuring product development supports new business incubation and Unity’s growth objectives. A core focus is scaling existing initiatives and proactively evaluating new partners and opportunities through rigorous due diligence, analysis, and presenting findings and recommendations. What you'll be doing - Partner Management: Foster and manage strong relationships with key partners, ensuring strategic alignment and identifying new growth opportunities. - New Opportunity Development: Identify, research, and validate new partnership and investment opportunities to identify opportunities to scale the business. - Financial Modeling & Due Diligence: Conduct deep financial analysis, forecasting, and comprehensive due diligence to build robust business cases for or against new ventures, and partnership opportunities. - Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Structure commercial frameworks, work with cross-functional teams to define technical scope, and negotiate final agreements. - Program Execution & Launch: Oversee the launch and incubation of new partnership-driven programs across key business verticals like AI, Platforms, and Commerce. What we're looking for - Experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles at software or platform companies. - Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on new growth opportunities, successfully incubating and scaling new business lines or products within a larger organization. - Strong financial and commercial acumen, including experience developing business models, evaluating pricing strategies, and designing KPI's. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional execution with clear ownership and accountability. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. - Bachelor’s degree required. You might also have - Experience in platforms, game tech, commerce, or ad tech preferred. - Familiarity with and technical fluency in the Games ecosystem, from the game development to monetization.
