• Perform as the primary Team Cayuse POC for Treasury/IRS programs, overseeing Team Cayuse IT and teaming partner operations personnel • Provide Treasury/IRS with a trusted advisor who focuses on understanding mission objectives, and helps to develop strategy, implementation plans, and approaches to deliver on that mission • Growth of contracts (add scope, new contracts, or new task orders) • Consult senior-level stakeholders across the entire organization to identify mission and technology needs to optimize the use of Cayuse services and market offerings • Ensure smooth delivery and operation of Cayuse services by monitoring delivery performance • Provide direction, guidance, and training to staff • Work with the Team Cayuse PMO to analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions that include providing support to the program • Ensure appropriate levels of communication are established and maintained throughout the project lifecycle • Supervisor of Team Cayuse to create an atmosphere of trust, seeking diverse views to encourage improvements and innovation and coaching staff, including providing timely, meaningful written and verbal feedback • Collaborate and coordinate with Project Managers, SME’s, Technical Architects, Solution Architect, Developers, and Operations teams to interpret client requirements and craft solutions that satisfy those requirements • Proposal development and leadership for opportunities • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 10+ years in a federal government information technology environment functioning in a program/project management, business operations, SME, or project control role. Preference for Treasury/IRS experience
  • 12+ years of experience working in IT related endeavors, including systems integration projects, application support and operations programs, supervising technology teams, and overseeing large information technology projects
  • Preferred experience in an SBA Tribal 8(a) business, HUBZone, and other social-economic contract environments
  • Active Public Trust clearance
  • Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
  • Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and telecommunications systems
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles
  • Solid understanding of Project Management functions in an IT or Business Process setting
  • Solid knowledge of Agile Software Development and related methods, tools, and techniques
  • Solid understanding of government contract types, certification requirements, and related contract terms and conditions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and OneNote, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Federal Contracting is highly desired
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
  • Time management habits, ability to multi-task, ability to sustain focus on long-term tasks.

Program Planner to join the Program Excellence (Px) organization. Responsibilities include developing and managing multiple Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and supporting new business proposal efforts to meet all program objectives. This includes ensuring major program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including but not limited to finance, engineering, manufacturing, integration and quality. Monitor program schedule performance, track plans and schedules, perform schedule risk analyses, identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilize Gantt, network diagram, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention in critical areas. Responsibilities include: - Lead/facilitate the development and maintenance of the Performance Measurement Baseline. - Provide comprehensive and actionable schedule performance analysis to project teams and organizational leadership. - Develop proposal schedules and narrative/analysis in support of customer RFP (Request for Proposal) submittals. - Lead IMS preparation and support team training and execution for customer Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs). - Perform independent schedule assessments in support of Phase/Gate project reviews to identify schedule risks and opportunities, analyze schedule health and determine overall execution probability. - Assess schedule risk by, but not limited to, performing Monte Carlo Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA's), Critical Path Analysis, schedule variance assessments and predictive performance analysis. - Brief project, business area, and functional teams on Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) results and make recommendations on techniques to ensure low-risk execution. - Participate in sector and company functional activities including training, surveillance, tool evaluation, policy reviews, process management, and continuous improvement initiatives - Develop and manage project master schedule reports utilizing Presentation Pro - Ensure all schedules are fully compliant with internal policies, customer, and industry requirements (DiD 81861 IPMR/IPMDAR).
