• Lead the development and execution of omnichannel marketing programs that integrate channels and enhance provider and customer engagement. • Manage the implementation of Commercial Mix Modeling (CMM) to optimize cross-channel marketing spend and drive measurable ROI. • Drive platform selection and lead contract negotiations with software vendors to ensure enterprise-scale cost optimization. • Oversee the development and governance of global marketing taxonomies to ensure cross-functional data interoperability and accurate commercial attribution. • Standardize metadata tagging processes across the marketing technology stack to improve personalization, funnel transparency, and reporting consistency. • Implement program-management processes including platform selection, intake workflows, Gantt chart planning, and funnel reporting. • Monitor programs and projects from initiation through delivery, coordinating requirements, stakeholder alignment, milestones, UAT, timelines, and change-management activities. • Collaborate with Marketing teams to design, track, and evaluate marketing campaigns, digital engagement strategies, and lead-generation initiatives. • Partner with technical and marketing teams to develop and maintain marketing data platform. • Build strong partnerships with Marketing and Commercial stakeholders to gather their roadmaps and communicate the Commercial Operations Analytics roadmap. • Ensure that Commercial Operations and Marketing remain aligned with Enterprise Council requirements regarding policies, reporting, and deliverables. • Manage GDPR-related updates and documentation across the CRM and marketing-technology ecosystem to ensure compliance. • Apply direct-attribution methodologies for web properties to strengthen measurement accuracy and improve marketing efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
  • A graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
  • Strong experience collaborating across Sales, Commercial Operations, Marketing Analytics, Technical Marketing, or similar business functions.
  • Proven program and project-management capabilities, including cross-functional coordination and stakeholder communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate insights and recommendations clearly to business leaders and executive stakeholders, including Marketing leadership.
  • Hands-on experience partnering with Data Science teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Proficiency working with cloud-based environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Strong technical marketing skills, including product positioning, competitive analysis, and translating features into customer value.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing analytics, campaign management, and marketing-automation platforms such as Google Analytics, Marketo, or HubSpot.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and modern marketing-technology stacks.
  • Solid understanding of change-management principles and performance-evaluation processes.
  • Excel in environments with rapidly evolving business rules and a high level of attention to detail.
