Job Description Brightspeed has an exciting opportunity for an Analyst, Contract Administration to join our growing team! The Analyst, Contract Administration oversees the full lifecycle of legal and financial agreements to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and support organizational objectives. This role ensures that all contracts are sound, enforceable, and aligned with company goals while fostering strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders. As Analyst, Contract Administration your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the creation, reviewing, and management of contracts to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards - Executing and managing contracts to ensure terms are fulfilled as intended and deliverables are met - Analyzing contract language to confirm technical viability, legal soundness, and alignment with business objectives - Performing contract redlines and insert language as appropriate - Leading contract negotiations to secure favorable terms while minimizing risk and maintaining compliance - Partnering with legal teams to ensure adherence to contract terms, regulatory requirements, and compliance obligations - Identifying, assessing, and mitigating contract-related risks by collaborating with legal, finance, and risk management teams - Maintaining strong working relationships with internal departments, vendors, and external partners to ensure contract clarity, execution, and ongoing success - May perform other duties as assigned Qualifications WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, procurement, compliance, or a related function - Demonstrated ability to analyze legal and financial documents - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities - Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills - Solid analytical skills with strong attention to detail - Proven negotiation skills and the ability to influence outcomes BONUS POINTS FOR: - Experience working in a corporate legal, procurement, or risk management environment - Certification such as Juris Doctorate (JD) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) - Experience with contract lifecycle management systems - Advanced knowledge of contract law or regulatory compliance frameworks relevant to the industry Physical Demands & Work Conditions Work is primarily sedentary and performed in a work from home environment. The role requires daily use of a computer and standard home office equipment. Access to a printer and scanner is essential. Occasional travel may be required for meetings or negotiations.
