Sales Executive, Advisory Market
Guardian Life
• Market, position, and sell Guardian’s Group Benefits products and technology solutions to large market brokers and consulting houses • Support the general wellbeing of the broker and client relationship for the development and growth of Guardian sales and client retention • Understand local territory dynamics to build, develop and maintain broker relationships to grow the book of business while representing Guardian’s vision to inspire well-being • Be accountable for consistently achieving or exceeding personal sales production by creating growth with large regional and national broker consultants and implementing sales strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to examine market trends and stay ahead of consumer demands • Represent Guardian by acting as a market leader, sharing thought leadership and maintaining strong community relationships • Identify, recommend and champion process improvements and organizational initiatives to increase sales of product offerings • Achieve required industry licensing within 90 days of date of hire and maintain license through completing Continuing Education requirements.
Job Requirements
- A BS, BA degree or equivalent industry experience
- A minimum of 10 years’ previous group insurance sales experience or a combination of Guardian work experience, education and/or related extracurricular activities
- Experience working with large, complex national accounts along with large Regional and national broker consultants
- Experience and knowledge of relevant industry products and processes including, but not limited to Worksite, LTD, Dental products, complex absence products, experience rating, dental network analysis processes.

Role Description Dans le cadre des activités de la Direction Conseil, Aménagement et Territoires, le Responsable Digital International recherche un(e) stagiaire afin de contribuer aux développements d’outils d’analyse de la mobilité. Le/la stagiaire sera intégré(e) à l’équipe digital International de CAT et basé à Marseille (Paris ou Lyon également envisageables). Son stage se composera de deux parties complémentaires : - Contribution sur des projets de développement et R&D d’outils - Contribution sur des projets de mobilités Contribution sur des projets de développement et R&D d’outils Le/la stagiaire se verra confier une problématique de développement informatique et/ou R&D autour du développement d’outils et/ou méthodes open-source en lien avec le thème de la mobilité, associée à l’un des sujets suivants : - Développement de la libraire Python open-source d’analyse des données massives de mobilité MassMob , par exemple visualisation et analyse de chevelus routiers, analyses d’OD, mapmatching, etc. - Développement de la libraire Python open-source de modélisation Quetzal , par exemple recherche et implémentation de nouveaux algorithmes de modélisation des comportements de mobilité. Cette mission permettra au stagiaire de contribuer réellement au développement et à la diffusion d’outils open-source d’aide à la planification des transports, tout en montant en compétences sur des outils-clés : - Python : analyse de données, géomatique, visualisation, analyse de graphe, statistiques, ML - Ecosystème de données open-source (OpenStreetMap, etc.) - Technologies de gestion de version et de collaboration (git/GitHub, etc.) Contributions sur des projets de mobilité Le/la stagiaire travaillera sur un ou plusieurs projets de mobilité en France ou à l’international.
