Builder Options Coordinator – Design Systems
Interior Logic Group
• Work closely with homebuyers, sales agents, and subcontractors to facilitate the options selection process • Creating and maintaining selection sheets • Monitoring deadlines • Communicating with all parties involved • Work with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing for each option • Create quotes for buyers accordingly • Assist in the management of the contract process • Ensure that all options and pricing are accurately reflected in the contract • Provide high-level customer service to homebuyers • Handle any questions, concerns, or issues that may arise throughout the options selection process • Provide administrative support as needed, including maintaining files, processing payments, and creating reports
Job Requirements
- High School or equivalent
- Basic technology skills, including MS Office Suite
- Experience working in the construction industry
- Be highly organized and possess strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using technology and have experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software
