Senior Designer
DTN
• Translate creative direction into compelling, high-quality design across web, social, email, video, events, and print. • Lead, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to designers to elevate creative quality and consistency. • Develop and adapt campaign concepts that align with brand standards, marketing objectives, and business goals. • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, content, digital, and strategy teams to ensure creative alignment. • Present and defend creative concepts to internal stakeholders with confidence and clear rationale. • Leverage data, insights, and performance metrics to inform and strengthen creative execution. • Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
- 8–10 years of professional experience in brand and marketing design, including agency and in-house environments.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across digital and print design.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud; familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of visual communication, brand systems, and integrated campaign development.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or guiding designers in a collaborative creative environment.
- Awareness of emerging design trends, technologies, and AI-assisted creative workflows.
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
