Job Description This role is responsible for creating a quality customer service experience by interacting with customers in an inbound and outbound call center environment. These duties include, but are not limited to, scheduling, handling customer inquiries, providing updates, making appointments, resolving issues, and maintaining a database. This position may include developing and qualifying sales leads. The customer service coordinator is responsible for ensuring complete customer satisfaction and helping to maintain a Voice of the Customer quality score. • Primary resource for installer schedules, questions, and work-related issues (central point of contact) • Coordinates assignments ad paper flow for daily Service Provider schedules • Dispatches work orders to SP’s and adjust workloads as needed • Notifies customers with installation time frames • Fields incoming customer calls • Handles all escalations to full resolution • Acts as a liaison between the customer and the company to resolve installation issues • Ensures all customers are contacted at the end of the installation • Serves as a back-up to the other Project Coordinators • Performs other managerial duties as assigned by the Director • Serves as back-up to the Director as assigned • Insures completeness and accuracy of all paperwork • Ensures all business operations with area of responsibility are conducted ethically and within the law • Returns voicemail messages and emails within (4) business hours • Other duties as assigned

• The Senior Director of Infrastructure is a critical enterprise technology executive responsible for the architecture, delivery, automation, and security of the organization's entire infrastructure ecosystem. • This role leads the cloud modernization and automation program, with deep expertise in AWS Organizations governance, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), Governance-as-Code, Cloud PAM, FinOps, and next-generation networking and security architectures. • The Senior Director also holds executive oversight of IT Service and Support operations, ensuring a modern, high-performing end-user experience across the business. • The position is a combination of hands-on cloud engineering depth, enterprise governance leadership, cyber hygiene mastery, and the executive presence required to translate complex infrastructure strategy into clear business value for senior stakeholders. • The role targets a multi-cloud environment with AWS as the primary platform and Azure as a secondary component.

• Measure floor plans and blueprints to provide quantities for bids, contracting, and ordering purposes for flooring materials, wall materials, countertops, and pavers. • Secure and review all bid documents, including drawings, addendums, and bid forms • Produce custom quotes in accordance with department policy to support sales and design staff • Complete takeoffs in accordance with department policy • Adhere to project SLAs and meet established deadlines • Review plans, specifications, selections, and diagrams for accuracy • Identify product location and application requirements • Utilize CAD software to accurately measure and calculate net and gross quantities for bidding and procurement • Create custom diagrams per material, per plan, or per lot as required • Request, organize, and manage all data necessary for project submittals • Take ownership of assigned accounts and record all work on a daily tracker • Attend pre-bid and new builder meetings as necessary • Work directly with other departments to clarify discrepancies and resolve issues • Process requests for review of material issues, including Under Construction Repairs (UCRs) and material shortages; return findings and adjust banked data as needed • Conduct root cause analysis and recommend areas of improvement • Lead projects and support continuous improvement initiatives • Assist with and lead training, coaching, and knowledge sharing for other estimators, as applicable

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP supply chain modules, including Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Warehouse Management (WM), and related functionalities. • Partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and drive process improvements across procurement, inventory, production, and logistics functions. • Provide subject matter expertise in supply chain best practices, ensuring alignment between SAP capabilities and operational processes. • Own and manage end-to-end SAP initiatives, including scope definition, solution design, testing strategy, and go-live execution. • Lead system integration and cross-functional alignment with Finance, Operations, and Sourcing to ensure seamless end-to-end processes. • Oversee testing activities, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solution quality and business readiness. • Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and user training materials to support adoption and knowledge transfer. • Monitor system performance, identify root causes of issues, and drive resolution to maintain operational continuity. • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by recommending enhancements, optimizations, and scalable solutions. • Stay current on SAP enhancements, S/4HANA capabilities, and industry trends to support continuous improvement and innovation.

• Responsible for managing and coordinating the selection and pricing of options for new construction projects • Work closely with homebuyers, sales agents, and subcontractors to facilitate the options selection process • Create and maintain selection sheets, monitor deadlines, and communicate with all parties involved • Work with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing for each option and create quotes for buyers • Assist in the management of the contract process, ensuring that all options and pricing are accurately reflected in the contract • Provide high-level customer service to homebuyers, handling questions, concerns, or issues that may arise throughout the options selection process • Provide administrative support as needed, including maintaining files, processing payments, and creating reports • Other duties as assigned

• The Cabinet Designer/ Estimator is responsible for production of layouts, pdf drawings, material lists and other documents and files needed to support the company’s cabinet sales. • Generates proposals, material lists, installation documents and provides technical and supervisory support for the designer/ estimators. • Reviews, interprets and analyzes RFP/RFQ specifications and architectural drawings to determine scope of work and customer product requirements. • Operates 20/20 Design software to create documents and drawings per ILG Design Standards. • Assembles cost estimates, proposals, requests for information (RFIs), change orders and other documentation required for complete and accurate bids. • Assists with order management and coordination and supervises designer/ estimators in multiple markets. • Works with all areas of the cabinet sales, order management, customer care and installation operations to ensure customer satisfaction. • Develops and Maintains Builder Account’s Master Books, Bid Tracker and other systems maintenance such as SAP, Monday, etc.
