Job Type: 1099 Contract (potential to convert FTE) Location: Remote (anywhere in US or Canada) Dept: Change Leadership Summary Cyclotron is seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our Change Leadership practice. This role is focused on delivering engaging, results-driven training sessions focused on Microsoft 365 and AI-powered tools like Microsoft Copilot. The ideal candidate will be based on the West Coast/PST and capable of conducting multiple training sessions daily (4 or more), using Microsoft demo tenants and PowerPoint decks. This individual will work with Cyclotron’s Change Leadership Partners to deliver training sessions for their clients. As part of the interview process, candidates will be asked to deliver a short training session on a publicly available AI tool to demonstrate presentation skills and technical fluency This is a contract role with the potential to transition to a full-time position based on business needs and performance. Responsibilities Training Delivery 75% - Ability to deliver potentially 4+ engaging and informative training sessions per day across various Microsoft platforms, with a primary focus on Microsoft Copilot. - Sessions may be across all time zones in the United States, as well as EMEA and APAC. Use Microsoft demo tenants and pre-developed PowerPoint decks to facilitate training. - Adapt PowerPoint decks into client-branded templates while tailoring content for diverse audiences (end users to executives), ensuring alignment with client needs and branding. - Deliver training in virtual, hybrid, and potentially in-person formats using tools such as Teams or LMS platforms. - Track and report on training effectiveness using feedback and adoption metrics to inform continuous improvement. Content Customization & Development 15% - Collaborate with internal teams and project stakeholders to ensure training materials align with Cyclotron and client standards, as well as broader change leadership and adoption strategies. - Customize training content to reflect client-specific use cases, branding, and evolving needs. - Stay current with Microsoft platform updates and incorporate relevant changes into training materials using instructional design principles to enhance learner engagement and retention. - Contribute to the development of scalable training programs and provide strategic input on training delivery. - As needed, support clients post-training through follow-up resources, Q&A sessions, and events such as roadshows and Microsoft Technology Center (MTC) engagements. Requirements - Proven experience delivering multiple training sessions daily in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Copilot, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint Online. - Experience using Microsoft demo tenants and PowerPoint decks for training delivery. - Ability to reformat and adapt PowerPoint decks into various branded templates. - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. - Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills. - Comfortable working independently and remotely, with a strong sense of accountability. - Willingness to expand into training on additional Microsoft platforms as needed. Additional Knowledge & Skills - Experience in a consulting or client-facing training role. - Familiarity with change management principles and user adoption strategies. - Microsoft certifications or training credentials are a plus. - Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or willingness to obtain certification is preferred.
