Role Description The eLearning Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging digital learning experiences that support organizational training initiatives. This role requires expertise in eLearning development tools and platforms, including Momentum, Articulate 360, and Camtasia. The Trainer will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and business stakeholders to create effective, interactive learning content that enhances employee performance and knowledge retention. - Design, develop, and deliver engaging eLearning courses, training materials, and digital learning resources. - Develop interactive training modules using Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise). - Create instructional videos, tutorials, and screen recordings using Camtasia. - Collaborate with SMEs to translate complex information into clear and effective training content. - Facilitate virtual and/or in-person training sessions when required. - Monitor learner progress and analyze training effectiveness using LMS analytics. - Update and maintain existing learning materials to ensure accuracy and relevance. - Ensure eLearning content follows instructional design best practices and adult learning principles. - Provide technical support and guidance to learners regarding training platforms and tools. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 3+ years of experience in eLearning development or corporate training. - Demonstrated proficiency with Momentum, Articulate 360, and Camtasia. - Experience developing interactive eLearning modules and multimedia training materials. - Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles. - Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. The High School Math Teacher is a highly qualified, state certified educator responsible for delivering specific course content in an online environment.
