We are currently seeking a Trainer to join our Education Department. This is a remote position, with occasional travel required to client locations for onsite training. THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE. Responsibilities - Deliver engaging training sessions both virtually and onsite to clients and internal employees. - Become fluent in all Millennium Systems International products, policies, and processes. - Create and maintain training materials, including training guides, PowerPoints, workbooks, and documentation. - Collaborate with Team Leads and senior trainers to organize and refine curriculum for internal onboarding and client education. - Capture high-quality screenshots for use in education and marketing materials. - Manage and maintain Education training environments within Meevo. - Provide support for educational events as needed. - Travel to client locations for on-site training when required. In accordance with company policy, out-of-pocket travel expenses may be incurred, but they will be reimbursed and reflected in your next paycheck. Qualifications - A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus. - 1–3 years of training, teaching, or facilitation experience, preferably with adult learners. - Strong presentation and organizational skills. - Experience with instructional design principles and adult learning theory is a plus. - Proficiency with Microsoft applications is a plus but not required. - Experience with CRM software, Millennium/Meevo software, or similar systems is a bonus.
