Territory Sales Executive
Pitney Bowes
• Generate new business revenue growth through identifying, prospecting, managing, and closing new opportunities. • Be responsible for a combination of Business Development and Territory Management activities. • Drive sales for primarily New Logos and Existing Client Cross-Sell opportunities. • Sell to a mix of clientele including company Owners and VP-level contacts. • Sell across our suite of Presort commingle services including First Class Letters, Postcards, Flats, Marketing Mail Letters, Marketing Mail Flats, and Bound Printed Matter Parcels • Deliver high caliber presentations incorporating value-based strategies and fiscal impacts. • Negotiate pricing and contracts. • Meet and exceed quota standards. • Participate in industry networking including local Postal Customer Council, Printing Industry Association, or other locally relevant organizations. • Travel periodically for in-person meetings as well as site tours or visits. • Partner on Client transitions post-sale with our locally based customer service representatives who maintain world-class Net Promoter Score.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in Business Administration is preferred but not mandatory.
- 5 years or more of outside B2B sales experience
- Industry experience in the fields of Postal, Mailing, Lettershop, or Logistics preferred but not mandatory.
- 3 years or more of proven success with prospecting and selling skills to secure new accounts as demonstrated by meeting or exceeding your quota performance.
- Highly initiative taking with a competitive drive, strong work ethic, proficiency of Salesforce.com (or similar CRM)
- Previous sales experience utilizing Consultative, and Value based selling with successful C-Suite penetration capabilities, with excellent communication skills.

What the day will look like: - Manages an assigned book of high-net-worth personal insurance clients with personal insurance portfolios of varying size and complexity. May also include Group Excess Liability programs. - Work to build, expand, and solidify relationships with existing clients and prospective clients.
