• Executive Communication: Write, edit, and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms. When drafting correspondence for the Founder, write in his voice: warm, concise, relationally attuned, and free of anything that reads as templated or corporate. Maintain a proof-of-listening standard in all external communication, mirroring the language of the pastor or leader being served. Specifically for the Founder, manage the inbox end to end, triaging, drafting, and responding on his behalf with full authority. • Travel Management: Book and manage senior executives’ travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals, ensuring adherence to company travel policy with precision and zero surprises. • Executive Operations: Create agendas, distribute meeting prep materials, support creation of slide decks, and publish notes/action items. Prepare briefing documents ahead of key meetings, including SteerCo sessions, customer conversations, and Pushpay leadership touchpoints. Serve as a connective layer between the Founder and internal teams (product, customer success, Pushpay counterparts), keeping information flowing and decisions moving. • Presentation Support: Lead in the development of on-brand, visually appealing presentation graphics and presentation slides. • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and high degree of ethical standards at all times, handling sensitive matters including deal terms, personnel topics, and financial information with absolute discretion. • Priority Management: Keep leaders advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up. Track commitments across sales, product, and integration workstreams, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. • Reporting Coordination: Coordinate the creation of and on-time submission of regularly scheduled reports. • Expense Management: Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports for leaders; review submitted reports for accuracy and pre-approval. • Event Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual activities that build team connection and strengthen workplace culture, including team building events and social gatherings; recognition celebrations and milestone acknowledgments; and seasonal events. • Digital Presence and Personal Brand: Own the Founder’s social media schedule end-to-end, planning, drafting, and publishing content across platforms. Curate and develop content that positions the Founder as a trusted voice on shepherding, congregant engagement, and church leadership. Repurpose talks, sales conversations, and customer wins into thought leadership content, monitoring engagement and surfacing opportunities. • Special Projects: Complete a variety of special projects including supporting staff recognition and morale; creating presentations, financial spreadsheets and special reports. Take ownership of initiatives the Founder delegates, from event planning to customer-facing collateral, and represent the Founder in meetings when appropriate, capturing decisions and driving follow-through. • Flexible Support: Perform additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed.

Customer Success Manager
