Overview This is a remote role that may only be hired in Arizona or Oregon. Must be willing to work 9am-6pm local time. Responsibilities - Serve as a subject matter resource for Integrated Payables products and payment workflows. - Support clients with setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Integrated Payables solutions, including file transmission, ERP integration, and payment exceptions. - Research and resolve issues related to ACH, wire, check, and virtual card payments, including formatting errors, rejects, returns, and settlement issues. - Assist with client onboarding, testing, validation, and training for Integrated Payables implementations. - Monitor payment activity to identify exceptions, failures, or potential risk concerns and escalate appropriately. - Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to resolve complex payment issues. - Document client interactions, issues, and resolutions within case management and knowledge systems. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, network rules, security standards, and internal Treasury Management policies. - Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience. - Support product enhancements, system upgrades, and user acceptance testing as needed. Role Description We are currently seeking an AEM Support Engineer (remote) to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada. In this Support Engineer role, provide technical support for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Assets, ensuring stability, performance, and seamless content delivery across enterprise digital platforms. The role includes: - Troubleshooting AEM issues related to authoring, publishing, workflows, replication, dispatcher, and integrations. - Managing incidents via ITSM tools such as ServiceNow/Remedy and following structured resolution processes. - Monitoring AEM system health, logs, CPU/memory usage, dispatcher caching, and system performance. - Troubleshooting performance bottlenecks across AEM Author, Publish, Dispatcher, and CDN layers. - Optimizing dispatcher rules (caching, filters, rewrites) and performing performance tuning. - Supporting AEM administration tasks including user/permission management, audit logs, repository checks, and OSGi configurations. - Executing deployments, managing pipelines, and supporting Cloud Manager activities for cloud-based AEM setups. - Performing maintenance tasks such as indexing, compaction, backups, and environment validation. - Troubleshooting and supporting integrations with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and other third-party platforms. - Assisting AEM developers with debugging issues in components, templates, servlets, OSGi services, and workflows. - Supporting deployments for customized AEM components and code packages. - Providing technical assistance to content authors, marketers, and business teams using AEM Sites/Assets. - Conducting user training and creating documentation, knowledge articles, and runbooks. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Cloud Operations, AEM Developers) on issue prevention and system improvements.
