Job Description Pay: $90,000-150,000 Job description: Adaptive Home Health is looking for a Marketing Liaison to join our fast-growing team. We are an entirely nurse-driven organization. Our clinical staff are quality, experienced, well-paid nurses that are compassionate and reliable. We’re looking for an independent and self-driven individual to help manage, maintain, and grow our relationships with referral sources (i.e., hospital case managers, medical assistants, doctors, etc.) to ensure that our strong reputation continues to spread. Experience/Education: - High school Diploma/GED - Minimum 2 years healthcare marketing experience (1 year Home Health required). - Training provided. Major Responsibilities: - Act as a liaison between the agency and the community regarding patient care - Gives high priority to compassionate patient care and patient satisfaction. - Ensures smooth transition from hospital to home setting. - Visits patients prior to discharge to set reasonable expectations. - Establishes a trusting relationship with patients and their care team. - Establishes, maintains, and expands relationships with referral sources. - Keeps detailed records of marketing activities and strategic initiatives. - Identifies and resolves service issues with emphasis on patient and referral-source satisfaction. - Mixed remote/in-person work environment Qualifications: - Understands and adheres to all external accreditation review standards, applicable state, local and Federal laws and / or regulations including maintaining patient confidentiality through abiding by HIPAA laws/regulations. - Understands and adheres to all company policies and procedures. - Takes initiative to present ideas/suggestions to management regarding process improvement. - Ability to work independently is a MUST. We are hiring a Marketing Manager to own and build our demand generation engine. This is not a maintenance role. You will design, execute, and measure marketing programs across multiple channels, run experiments to find what works, and scale what does. You will be the connective tissue between our sales team, our content advisors, and our customers. What You Will Own Channel Strategy and Experimentation You will manage marketing investment and experimentation across six core channels: - Conferences and Trade Shows: Plan, execute, and measure ROI for industry events. Own booth logistics, staff coordination, speaking opportunity development, and post-event lead follow-up. - Paid Search (SEM/PPC): Build and optimize paid search campaigns targeting direct mail operators, political consultants, and insurance marketers. As a Marketing Coordinator for JSA, you will help drive our brand growth through compelling, customer-focused strategies.
