Marketing Coordinator – JSA Full-Time, Monday to Friday, On-site or Remote The Certified Collectibles Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-paced, highly collaborative marketing team! Certified Collectibles Group is the world’s leading provider of expert and impartial services for collectibles, including coins, banknotes, comic books, magazines, TCGs, sports cards, video games, home video, autographs, and more. This role owns marketing execution for the leading brand on autograph authentication, JSA. As a Marketing Coordinator for JSA, you will help drive our brand growth through compelling, customer-focused strategies. We’re looking for a skilled marketing specialist that is creative, self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented; have strong organizational; and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities - Execute marketing activations for events, ensuring seamless coordination and maximum engagement with target audiences. This includes the timely request of graphics or copy needed to execute. - Post approved events on the JSA website events - show tracker - Generate email campaigns for all the events and new services we offer at them. - Coordinate social media collabs - Request and publish articles featured on the home page and blog section. - Publish JSA Authorized Dealers on the website once confirmed by sales - Support the execution of marketing plans - Monitor and analyze marketing activations, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on key performance metrics - Maintain and organize marketing materials, including images, templates, and past campaign assets, ensuring easy access and reference - Ensure all promotional materials are accurate, reflecting current submission protocols, pricing, and brand guidelines - Coordinate with JSA Authorized Auction Houses and Dealers to help promote their upcoming auctions. This is an on-site or remote position, with occasional opportunities for travel to main events, which may include weekends as well as to Headquarters in Florida or New Jersey. Education And Experience Requirements: - 2+ years of experience as a marketing coordinator for an advertising, PR agency or other large company with multiple concurrent projects - Great verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational, writing, editing, and proofreading skills - Detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and flexible - Familiarity with or a passion for memorabilia and collectibles is definitely a plus. - Ability to work and manage projects both independently and collaboratively with diverse teams, marketing department, grading team, and preshow team - Excellent time management skills - Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple assignments concurrently - Strong problem-solving and innovative thinking abilities Key stakeholders: - Reports to the Sr. Manager, Marketing - Peers on Marketing team - Graphic Design and Video production teams

Social Media Content Specialist The Certified Collectibles Group is seeking a Social Media Content Specialist to join our fast-paced, highly collaborative media team! CCG is the world’s leading provider of expert and impartial services for collectibles, including coins, banknotes, comic books, magazines, TCGs, sports cards, video games, home video and more. This role owns social execution for two of our most acclaimed brands, CGC Cards and James Spence Authentication (JSA). As a Social Media Content Specialist for CGC Cards & JSA, you will help drive our brand presence across platforms through compelling, customer-focused content. We’re looking for a multi-skilled content specialist with a sharp eye for engaging storytelling, monitoring & adapting to trends and algorithm shifts, and developing a distinct social brand voice. Your responsibilities will include growing our social media presence, owning the social media content calendar, posting and scheduling content, collaborating with our creative & production team members, community management and providing valuable insights. This is a remote position, with occasional evening and weekend support as required. There will be several opportunities for travel, which may include weekends. The ideal candidate has familiarity within the pop culture collectibles world, especially trading card games, sports cards, and collectibles authentication. Key Responsibilities: Content Direction & Execution - Ideate static & dynamic content to support key content pillars established by the Social Media Senior Manager - Brief and collaborate with graphics and production teams to implement ideas efficiently - Conduct and/or appear on livestreams via various platforms Social Page Ownership - Serve as the day-to-day social page manager for CGC Cards and JSA, owning content planning, scheduling, publishing, and optimization across platforms - Partner closely with Cards and JSA marketing leadership and stakeholders to align social content with brand priorities, campaigns, and business objectives - Maintain content calendars and workflows for Cards and JSA, ensuring deadlines are met and cross-functional inputs are incorporated efficiently - Post, schedule and track content performance using native platform or third-party tools - Write high-performing social media copy with minimal editing required - Translate complex or niche collectible knowledge into accessible, engaging posts for diverse audiences - Use platform analytics and engagement date to optimize content types, post timing and creative decisions Trend Monitoring & Implementation - Proactively monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats (especially within CapCut & Edits) across Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X to identify timely opportunities relevant to collectibles audiences - Stay fluent in creator-led and community-driven trends within the collectibles space, especially in TCG, sports and non-sports cards, to ensure content feels current, credible, and culturally relevant - Translate trends into brand-aligned, original content concepts that align with business goals and platform best practices Event Coverage & Field Work - Travel occasionally to cover industry trade shows, grading activations and collector events, producing timely content on-site for real-time and follow-up use Required Qualifications: - 3-5 years of professional experience in social media content creation and publishing - Deep understanding of, and ability to utilize, unique features & capabilities within social focused editing software, including CapCut, Edits, and Canva - Expert-level knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, and Reddit - Strong social copywriting skills with a proven track record of high engagement - Deep familiarity with pop culture collectibles, especially trading cards and sports cards - Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance optimization - Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Ability and willingness to travel for on-site content capture Preferred skills: - Experience working in the collectibles, gaming, pop culture, or memorabilia industries - Experience livestreaming via native and/or third-party platforms - Experience working with content calendars, and social management or scheduling software (i.e. Hootsuite, Sprout, Sprinklr, Meltwater, Hubspot, etc.) - Photography and lighting experience a plus Key stakeholders: - Reports to the Sr. Manager, Social Media - Peers on Marketing team - Graphic Design and Video production teams If you’re passionate about collecting and know how to create content that sparks engagement, drives conversation and builds brand authority, we invite you to apply for this opportunity at the Certified Collectibles Group!

Traveling Trade Show Representative Location: US - Remote, Position will travel throughout the US 100% of the time. Candidates will travel to Ft.
