In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs. You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design and implement solutions that optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and support business objectives. As a ServiceNow SPM Senior Developer, your responsibilities will include: - Work independently on assigned tasks for the end-to-end ServiceNow SPM implementation for the client. - Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow platform, primarily focused on SPM modules. - Conduct workshops with clients to articulate the value of SPM solutions and solicit feedback on the proposed / developed solutions. - Provide expert-level support and technical mentoring to stakeholders - Manage platform and infrastructure to ensure smooth operation of Project and Portfolio Management processes, with a strong focus in Demand Management, Project Management, Resource Management, Agile Development. - Collaborate with functional teams and lead technical solution design sessions for the designated work area(s). - Contribute to process improvement and documentation - Perform advanced troubleshooting, bug fixes, and root cause analysis Qualifications Skills and Experience - Minimum 5 years of IT software consulting experience, with 3-5 years specifically in ServiceNow implementations - Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting - In-depth knowledge of Project and Portfolio Management and Strategic Portfolio Management concepts and best practices - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills - Experience in implementing ServiceNow SPM for enterprise clients Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (additional work experience may be considered in lieu of degree) - Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator - Active Public Trust clearance preferred - U.S. Citizenship required.
