Description * We are open to supporting 100% remote work anywhere within the continental US * The Work: ICF is looking for an enthusiastic ServiceNow Developer to join our team and help put smart data science at the heart of what we do. Job Location: This position requires that the job be performed in the United States. If you accept this position, you should note that ICF does monitor employee work locations and blocks access from foreign locations/foreign IP addresses and also prohibits personal VPN connections. What You Will Do: - Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. - Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation. - Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations. - Perform unit, system, and integration testing. - Debug and fix technical problems. - Support the development of detailed technical documentation. - Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users. - Participate in platform upgrade activities including regression testing and reconfiguration. - Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions. What You Will Bring With You: - 3 + years of ServiceNow experience supported by ServiceNow certifications: CSA plus one other certification. - U.S. Citizenship with a Secret Clearance or Public Trust due to federal contract requirements. - 1+ years of experience in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps. - 1+ years of experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls. - Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust. - MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply. Salary Information The likely salary range for this position is $97,968 - $120,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
