Job Description ROLE OVERVIEW The HR People Partner is an embedded, strategic partner to the WennSoft leadership team, responsible for aligning People practices with business priorities. This role supports leaders through growth, organizational change, and capability development as WennSoft continues its transition from legacy solutions to cloud‑based offerings and expands its use of AI‑enabled tools and processes within the Omegro portfolio. The People Partner balances hands‑on HR execution with proactive advisory support, ensuring consistent, compliant, and high‑quality People practices while enabling leaders to build engaged, high‑performing teams. What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have: - Substantial HR experience, including significant experience in a Business Partnering capacity within North American with the ability to scale into a global capacity. - Strong knowledge of organizational design and change management, with a proven ability to translate complex HR data into actionable business insights for senior stakeholders. - Proven ability in stakeholder management and collaboration, specifically in a matrixed environment where you partner across Center of Excellence (COE) disciplines to drive functional outcomes. - Experience in a large multinational organisation ideally with experience in a matrixed environment and with varied employee populations. - Adaptability to flex as it relates to change in strategy and support models. - A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
