Location: Remote Duration: 12 months We are seeking an experienced Epic Dorothy Analyst to support a net-new Epic implementation of this module with a primary focus on EpicCare Ambulatory, Hospice, and Home Health workflows within the Epic Dorothy module. This role will be instrumental in designing, building, testing, and optimizing workflows to support clinical and operational excellence across ambulatory, hospice, and home health services. The ideal candidate brings strong implementation experience, deep workflow knowledge, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced healthcare IT environment. Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Build - Lead design, build, and configuration of Epic Dorothy for home health and hospice services. - Collaborate with operational and clinical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system functionality. - Configure and optimize workflows within EpicCare Ambulatory to ensure seamless integration with Dorothy. - Develop SmartForms, SmartTexts, navigators, order sets, and documentation templates. - Build and maintain security classes and user roles as appropriate. Workflow Design & Optimization - Map current and future-state workflows for home health and hospice operations. - Align build with regulatory requirements (CMS, Conditions of Participation, OASIS documentation). - Ensure interoperability between Ambulatory, Hospice, and Home Health workflows. - Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
