Organizing Manager
Vot-ER
• Recruit, train, and support healthcare providers, students, and associations across Pennsylvania • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, community health centers, universities, professional associations, and community partners • Develop and execute a state organizing strategy that grows participation in Vot-ER programs and increases voter access • Coordinate and coach cohorts of health professionals and students participating in Vot-ER programs • Lead ongoing intake calls and onboarding for new health professionals • Organize and facilitate presentations, workshops, and trainings • Utilize text outreach, social media, email, and professional networks to recruit participants • Support cross-state organizing efforts when needed • Participate in recruitment and onboarding process for interns or short-term program staff • Collaborate with the Vot-ER team to share learnings and contribute to program development • Stay informed on voting rights, state election policies, and health equity issues • Lead and participate in Vot-ER’s Get Out the Vote efforts
