Role Description As a Cloud Project Manager II, you will coordinate planning, organization, control, integration and completion of cloud projects. Your responsibilities include: - Identifying, creating, developing and integrating innovative solutions and programs that reduce defects in the cloud. - Exercising strong judgment in the identification and execution of strategic improvement plans. - Anticipating bottlenecks, assessing risks, mitigating issues, providing escalation management, and making tradeoffs. - Influencing, motivating and leading others to meet the challenges of the cloud operational environment. - Validating customer requirements and coordinating cloud resources to onboard new tenants. - Generating and submitting monthly SLA reports to customers and PM. - Supporting the generation of monthly SLA and other reports. Qualifications - Active Secret Clearance - Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or an associate’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience; or a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience. - Experienced with frequent use and application of Agile and Scrum principles, methodologies, and best practices. - Ability to work under general supervision while providing solutions to technical challenges of moderate scope and complexity. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration. - Proficiency in managing product backlogs, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies. - Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams. - DoD 8570 / 8140 IAT Level II certification. - At least one cloud certification.
