Workstream Support – Network, Data & Analytics

Role Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Workstream Support professional to support initiatives across Network, Data, and Analytics domains. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical understanding along with excellent project coordination and communication skills to drive successful delivery. Key Responsibilities - Technical & Functional Expertise - Build and maintain a strong foundation in G5 security, networking principles, and business intelligence (BI). - Work with or demonstrate knowledge of tools such as: - Zscaler - Qlik Sense - Compliance Guardian - KnowBe4 - Microsoft ecosystem equivalents - Program / Project Management (PMO) Capabilities - Independent Delivery: Proactively manage end-to-end tasks, track milestones, and provide daily status updates with minimal supervision. - High-Fidelity Documentation: Conduct in-depth research and produce accurate, high-quality documentation and tracking artifacts. - Client Engagement - Executive Communication: Deliver clear, concise, and professional communication tailored for leadership stakeholders. - Client-Ready Deliverables: Independently prepare polished presentations, reports, and communications requiring minimal revisions. - Behavioral Competencies - Autonomy & Ownership: Self-driven individual who takes full accountability for deliverables and follows through on dependencies. - Agility & Continuous Learning: Demonstrates adaptability, eagerness to learn, and the ability to quickly upskill on new tools and workflows.
