Engineering Project Manager – Process and Packaging
The Coca-Cola Company
• Lead small to mid‑size capital and technical projects from scope development through commissioning and handover. • Develop and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk assessments. • Coordinate cross‑functional teams including operations, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and vendors. • Oversee equipment installation, commissioning, startup, and performance validation. • Maintain accurate project documentation and provide structured updates to stakeholders. • Apply core engineering principles to evaluate and improve production line performance, infrastructure reliability, and system capability. • Support review of equipment specifications, P&IDs (Pump and Instrumentation Diagrams), layouts, and process documentation. • Participate in FAT/PAT (Factory Acceptance Testing/Plant Acceptance Testing), equipment trials, and technical validations. • Troubleshoot technical issues during installation and commissioning. • Manage OEMs(Original Equipment Manufacturers), integrators, contractors, and technical service providers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Food Engineering, or related field).
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, or project engineering roles.
- Experience coordinating small teams or cross‑functional project activities.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with hands‑on comfort in manufacturing environments.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 75%.
