Real Chemistry
Role Description Real Chemistry is seeking a Manager, Measurement to join our Integrated Intelligence team. This role is responsible for contributing to a breadth of marketing analytics topics, leveraging data across marketing, digital experiences, customer platforms, omnichannel experiences, and technology ecosystems to generate meaningful insights and inform strategic decision making. You will be responsible for the execution of ongoing reporting, managing project timelines and developing initial insights and findings from analysis of program performance data. You will work in partnership with senior leads to deliver standard and ad-hoc analyses across integrated digital campaigns, communicating results to internal and external clients with an emphasis on providing actionable insights from the data. Integrated Intelligence (or I 2 ) is the practice formerly known as Analytics. We changed our name to more closely identify with the innovative work we do beyond just data analysis. We integrate across data sources, functions, methodologies, and technology, and we’re providing intelligence because our data leads to insights and our insights lead to action. And when you put those two things together, we are exponentially better at helping our clients make critical business decisions. This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, or Wilmington—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs. Qualifications - Strong understanding of omnichannel measurement and analytics, including how integrated marketing, digital experiences, and technology ecosystems work together to drive performance across the customer journey, as well as martech ecosystems. - Strong experience in cross-channel reporting, including quantitative performance of KPIs and performance benchmarks and qualitative insight generation, drawing inferences to inform actionable recommendations. - Familiarity working with a range of marketing, digital, and customer data sources, such as web analytics, CRM, marketing platforms, and enterprise data systems. - Familiarity with digital media and martech data sets such as AdWords, DoubleClick, Trade Desk, Google Analytics, Facebook, and Salesforce. - Familiarity with healthcare specific datasets such as claims, specialty pharmacy, and Veeva (strongly preferred). - Experience in data management and automated reporting solutions such as Power BI or Tableau. - Basic understanding of data modeling principles. - Strategic approach to measurement and reporting with a lens towards actionable insights.
