Role Description The Product Marketing Manager plays a critical role in driving Dynatron’s growth by connecting product innovation to clear, compelling market positioning and messaging. This role serves as the bridge between Product, Sales, Sales Enablement, and Marketing—ensuring our products are positioned effectively, launched successfully, and clearly differentiated in the market. As a key member of the Corporate Marketing team, you will deeply understand our buyers, the problems we solve, and the competitive landscape. You’ll translate that insight into positioning, messaging, go-to-market plans, and sales enablement that drive demand and revenue. Reporting to the VP of Corporate Marketing, this role brings strategic rigor and operational excellence to product marketing at Dynatron. Qualifications - 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, with at least 2 years in enterprise SaaS, and at least one year marketing a solution platform or suite of products - Proven ability to develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that drive growth - Strong presentation and writing skills, with comfort presenting to senior audiences - Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Sales Enablement, and Marketing teams - Data-driven mindset with experience measuring program effectiveness, win rates, and ROI - Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), project management tools (Asana, Notion, Jira), and analytics or competitive intelligence tools - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred - Pragmatic Marketing or PMA certification required Requirements - Develop deep expertise in our buyers, including who they are, how they buy, and the criteria that drive purchasing decisions. - Document and continuously refine buyer personas and buyer journeys to inform marketing and sales strategy. - Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth. - Own product positioning and messaging in partnership with Product Management and Corporate Marketing. - Clearly articulate Dynatron’s value proposition across products and personas, ensuring consistency across all channels. - Develop messaging frameworks that resonate with target audiences and support pipeline growth. - Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, including positioning, strengths, and weaknesses. - Enable Sales and Marketing with competitive insights, battlecards, and differentiation strategies. - Manage intelligence and make recommendations relative to wins and losses. - Lead go-to-market planning for new products and major releases, managing cross-functional execution. - Develop launch plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful market adoption. - Partner with Demand Gen, Content, Brand, and Partner Marketing to activate launches across channels. - Support sales channels with training, tools, and content that clearly communicate the problems we solve and how to sell our solutions. - Develop internal and external assets including presentations, collateral, case studies, and product documentation. - Work closely with Sales leadership to ensure alignment between messaging and sales execution. - Assess the effectiveness of product marketing programs and launches, using data to inform improvements. - Deeply understand win rates and communicate key opportunities for improving them. - Partner with Marketing Ops to track impact, ROI, and performance across campaigns and initiatives. Job Requirements
