• Provide architectural oversight and guidance for CI/CD pipeline design and implementation using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions. • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform). • Oversee and optimize Azure cloud environments across multiple projects and teams, including compute, networking, and storage. • Support deployment and release of .NET / C# applications in Azure environments. • Identify solutions and implementation paths for newly identified security requirements. • Partner with Microsoft engineering teams to improve build, test, and release workflows. • Document pipelines, infrastructure, and operational processes. • Lead and manage a team, providing strategic direction, performance oversight, and career development support. • Establish and drive DevOps standards, governance, and operational excellence across distributed teams. • Partner with US-based and global stakeholders to align DevOps strategy with business and security objectives. • Oversee capacity planning, resource allocation, and delivery commitments across projects. • Provide leadership in security and compliance initiatives, including S360 and Secure First Initiative (SFI) efforts. • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams.

• Help drive the overall architecture for the Agiloft CloudOps systems. • Design systems that are scalable and resilient utilizing DevOps and security best practices. • Collaborate cross-functional and lead DevOps initiatives, providing expertise to drive the departmental goals. • Assume a team lead role for various projects and initiatives and advising on complex technical issues. • Conduct performance analysis and optimization for complex systems. • Lead major infrastructure migrations and upgrades. • Develop and maintain documentation and standards. • Participate in on-call rotation • Other duties as assigned

• Own end‑to‑end CI/CD workflows from commit to production (build, test, artifacting, deploy, verify, roll back), • Evolve 1‑Click deployment/provisioning to be reliable, auditable, and DR‑ready, • Implement progressive delivery patterns (blue/green, canary, feature flags) and automated deployment health checks, • Design and operate scalable, cost‑efficient build infrastructure (e.g., self‑hosted runners, caching, build acceleration), • Establish guardrails and policy as code (branch protection, required checks, RBAC, secrets, SLSA/SBOM, OPA), • Drive reliability via SLOs, runbooks, incident response, and post‑incident improvements, • Partner with teams to migrate/modernize workloads on Kubernetes and improve deployment ergonomics, • Instrument release pipelines with robust telemetry; make failure modes observable and actionable, • Eliminate developer toil via automation, templates, and golden examples, • Mentor engineers on release best practices, platform usage, and production readiness.
