• Design and develop backend features in C#/.NET • Work on third-party system integrations • Contribute to billing-related logic and services • Collaborate closely with the VP of Tech and engineering team • Ensure high code quality and reliability

• You will be responsible for expressing your ideas in GDD, communicating with the development team and making sure your Design is implemented. • You are expected to follow short iterations cycle and you are able to switch focus on the go.

• Perform manual testing of web applications and UI features. • Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and regression tests. • Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution. • Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and Designers to clarify requirements and ensure high product quality. • Help establish QA processes and create testing documentation where it does not already exist.

• Deliver complete features end to end — from initial design through implementation, deployment, and post-release monitoring — across the platform's front-end and back-end layers. • Craft responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces leveraging modern front-end frameworks (React, TypeScript) to ensure an excellent user experience. • Engineer robust back-end services and APIs that align with the platform's open-API strategy and integrate smoothly with external client and 3PL systems. • Design, query, and tune data models in relational databases to ensure product features are reliable and performant. • Collaborate with data scientists to embed AI/ML outputs and automated decision-making into intuitive, user-facing product workflows. • Manage cloud deployments on Azure, contribute to CI/CD automation, and apply an observability-first mindset to keep services production-ready. • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, working alongside engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver incremental value. • Conduct thorough code reviews and share constructive feedback to maintain high engineering standards and a healthy, sustainable codebase. • Own the outcomes of delivered features, including uptime, performance optimisation, and iterative improvement after launch. • Convert business and product requirements into well-thought-out technical designs and reusable, clearly structured solutions. • Keep documentation current and comprehensive for features, services, and internal processes to support transparency and knowledge transfer. • Continuously explore emerging tools, frameworks, and best practices — including AI-powered development aids — and champion ideas that boost team velocity and output quality.

• Identify, design, and prioritise test scenarios covering functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end user journeys — focusing on the areas of highest risk and business value. • Develop and sustain scalable test automation frameworks and suites that are robust, reusable, and straightforward for the wider team to contribute to. • Embed automated testing within CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps) to enable continuous testing, fast feedback, shorter release cycles, and frequent, confident deployments. • Take ownership of API, integration, and contract testing for the platform's open-API layer and all dependent client and 3PL system integrations. • Verify data-driven and AI/ML-powered capabilities — such as automated disposition decisions, model outputs, and predictive analytics — applying fit-for-purpose strategies for non-deterministic behaviour. • Drive defect triage and Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) analysis to identify why defects escape, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence. • Architect and run performance, load, and reliability tests to confirm the platform operates reliably as transaction volumes grow from thousands to millions. • Partner with cross-functional Agile teams — including software engineers, data scientists, product owners, and business stakeholders — to embed quality thinking from the earliest stages of development. • Establish and monitor quality metrics — including coverage, defect trends, test stability/flakiness, and release readiness — and report quality status clearly to all stakeholders. • Participate in code and test reviews, offering constructive feedback and upholding high engineering and quality standards across the team. • Keep test documentation current and comprehensive — covering test plans, frameworks, and processes — to ensure transparency and effective knowledge transfer. • Continuously explore emerging QA tooling and AI-assisted testing approaches, bringing fresh ideas to broaden coverage and minimize manual effort.
