Lead DevOps Engineer
Beyondsoft
• Provide architectural oversight and guidance for CI/CD pipeline design and implementation using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions. • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform). • Oversee and optimize Azure cloud environments across multiple projects and teams, including compute, networking, and storage. • Support deployment and release of .NET / C# applications in Azure environments. • Identify solutions and implementation paths for newly identified security requirements. • Partner with Microsoft engineering teams to improve build, test, and release workflows. • Document pipelines, infrastructure, and operational processes. • Lead and manage a team, providing strategic direction, performance oversight, and career development support. • Establish and drive DevOps standards, governance, and operational excellence across distributed teams. • Partner with US-based and global stakeholders to align DevOps strategy with business and security objectives. • Oversee capacity planning, resource allocation, and delivery commitments across projects. • Provide leadership in security and compliance initiatives, including S360 and Secure First Initiative (SFI) efforts. • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipeline automation, and Azure Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience with Azure networking and authentication processes.
- 2+ years of experience leading technical teams or managing DevOps engineers.
- Experience managing offshore or distributed teams preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factories, Network Security Perimeters, and Virtual Machines.
- Hands-on experience supporting C# / .NET applications.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server and Azure SQL.
