We are a consumer business operating online and in our over 45 retail stores and growing. We operate three manufacturing facilities that allow us to deliver a high-quality custom product at an affordable price with a quick turnaround. We exist, grow, and ultimately own the market by delighting customers who trust and value us. The Role: BI Manager Your mission: Your mission is to play an integral role in the Business Intelligence function at Framebridge - reporting to the Director of BI. Business Intelligence is at the core of the business at Framebridge - the team works cross functionally across all departments and executive leadership to use data to drive business decisions. This individual will focus specifically on Web & Marketing analytics, creating a data grounded POV for decisions across our web platform. The BI Manager will be responsible for: - Owning web and marketing analytics reporting, delivering clear insights into performance across executive stakeholders - Leading end-to-end BI projects, including scoping, execution, and stakeholder communication - Translating business needs into clear data requirements and technical specifications for reporting, dashboards, and data models - Managing the front end of our BI tool, Looker, ensuring business partners are able to leverage data and understanding performance seamlessly This role will establish and foster a data-driven decision-making culture within the organization by instilling the importance of leveraging data insights. This is a hands-on role with high visibility and ownership, combining technical execution with strategic business partnership. Your Legacy: There will be a lasting impact on the overall customer experience through data-driven initiatives. This could include personalized marketing campaigns, improved product recommendations, and a deeper understanding of consumer insights. You will: - Develop and maintain key reports and dashboards to support business decision-making and strategic initiatives. Own reporting for weekly, ad hoc and strategic initiatives for our web platform and marketing - Translate and visualize complex data and analyses to all levels within the organization to generate business insights and recommendations that drive action - Proactively investigate changes in performance metrics, asking “why” they moved and translating findings into clear business implications and next steps. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide actionable insights through data analysis. - Support critical dashboards running in production. Reports to: Director of BI Location: Washington D.C. preferred, but open to remote locations Travel Requirements: As needed for projects, not expected to be significant Compensation: Base Salary plus Framebridge benefits Who you are: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. - Proven experience (5-8 years) in business intelligence, analytics, consulting, or a related field, with a focus on ecommerce and marketing for consumer products and retail brands. - Strong intellectual and analytical curiosity - initiative to dig into the "why" of various results. - Highly driven, resourceful; and curious individual looking to make a tangible impact on the business. - Deep customer orientation and care for the overall customer experience. - Proficient in Looker(preferred) and SQL. - Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. - Familiarity with Shopify, GA4 or Multi Touch Attribution is a plus.
