Marketing Manager – Advanced Surgical
CONMED Corporation
• Develop and execute downstream marketing strategies aligned with business objectives • Translate clinical and market insights into compelling customer-facing messaging and materials • Support product launches and post-launch optimization, including pricing strategies and positioning • Establish pricing strategy that aligns with overall business goals • Create and launch high-quality sales tools (presentations, brochures, case studies, objection handlers) • Partner with Sales Enablement to educate and prepare CONMED FSOs to execute commercial strategies and achieve commercial goals • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to launch downstream campaigns (market plans, customer acquisition plans, and customer retention activities) aligned to strategic priorities • Understand current market conditions to build appropriate messaging, positioning, and implementation tools to execute portfolio strategies across digital, events, and field channels • Understand user and buyer personas to drive segmentation and targeting to improve commercial efficiency and customer engagement • Support tradeshows and events • Establish KPIs and success metrics and milestones; monitor and optimize campaign performance to drive customer engagement • Deploy resources to measure, monitor, and adjust marketing strategy to drive customer engagement • Work with influential societies to earn public endorsements, peer-to-peer engagements, KOL development, KOL network management and lead generation
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of product management, marketing and/or related field-level experience (sales)
- 3+ years of experience in related market (General Surgery, Medical Device)
- Experience in healthcare systems and operating room environments (OR)
- Proven experience in launching downstream marketing campaigns
