• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the entire Operations department • Develop and execute a comprehensive vision for People, Finance, IT, and Administration • Establish and promote high standards for team dynamics and collaboration across the organization • Lead and facilitate organizational change and crisis management initiatives • Coach and inspire a team of senior leaders in the Operations department • Foster seamless collaboration and synergy across the entire Operations department • Serve as a proactive and collaborative business partner to the Senior Leadership Team

• Drive client growth through operational optimization and new growth initiatives • Drive operational metrics (process throughput, defect rate, etc.) • Develop and standardize internal processes, reporting, training and documentation as we scale our customer base by 5-10x over the coming 12 months • Ensure the efficient and timely execution of all essential aspects of internal operations projects. • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders, including our Product, Engineering, Billing, Launcher, Account Management, and other Operations teams. • Contribute to the design and implementation of systems and processes that facilitate scalability and efficiency. • Breakdown complex, challenging business problems • Own execution and outcomes • Understand the business in-and-out to be proactive about solving emerging problems • Act as the primary point of contact for 12+ accounts representing $1M+ in annual recurring revenue • Effectively manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and maximizing retention. • 5-10% travel required

• Provide oversight for work performed by pharmacovigilance vendor(s) including compliance, KPI, etc. • Participate in process improvements and vendor-client Safety Management Plans • Accountable for business integration including safety data migration • Accountable for development or revision of SOPs, work instructions, guidance in regard to all functions within PV • Participate in investigator meetings as needed to train investigators and qualified site personnel • Review SAEs for medical/regulatory content and accuracy per protocol requirements • Manage and facilitate SAE reconciliation across projects • Accountable for Quality Management System within PV including compliance, best practices, and continuous process improvements • Work closely with EU and local Qualified Person to develop or maintain pharmacovigilance processes supporting both development and marketed/commercial products • Develop SDEAs or pharmacovigilance agreements for safety data exchange • Collaborate with Clinical Development and Clinical Operations to improve safety reporting processes • Lead HA inspections of Crinetics’ pharmacovigilance function • Responsible for PV budgets and vendor management

• Manage user access, data accuracy, and feature adoption within Centerbase • Support conversion rate optimization and process efficiency initiatives • Research, implement, and manage automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Typeform, and Slack workflows • Manage firmwide project timelines across departments including legal, sales, and administration • Design professional sales decks and presentation materials using Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Canva • Support proposal formatting, sales operations tasks, and engagement tracking in HubSpot or Centerbase • Maintain branded templates and client‑facing collateral • Support attorneys and staff in maximizing CRM utilization • Customize CRM workflows and collaborate with vendors as needed • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot legal tech systems • Maintain internal knowledge bases and reporting dashboards • Track task completion and maintain SOPs, workflows, and operational documentation
