About the team The Strategy & Operations team at Airwallex plays a pivotal role in driving the company's overall growth and efficiency. What you'll do As part of the CEO office, you'll be responsible for working closely with the executive team to drive key strategic initiatives across the globe. You are a self-starter and independent thinker with exceptional analytical and communication skills, capable of handling highly sensitive and confidential information while supporting a rapidly changing organization. This role is based in San Francisco or New York. Responsibilities: - Facilitate and manage selected cross-functional deep-dives and special projects on business gaps / cases issued by CEO, whether focused on revenue growth, cost optimisation, organizational effectiveness, M&A etc - Manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure they are well-informed of their roles in each project, negotiate timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables - Prepare and update materials for business reviews and related activities, highlighting progress towards goals, key risks and dependencies - Be a sounding board to working-level project teams and/or stakeholders with objectives to resolve inefficiencies and roadblocks, and to keep the projects against its agreed timelines - Take a data driven approach to ensure overall healthiness of the organization - Work cross functions to deliver IPO readiness Who you are We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $119,900 - $222,700. Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
