We are seeking an Information Technology Project Manager-reporting directly to theDirector of Enterprise Business Applications. This position is based out of our global headquarters in Duncan, South Carolina. This is a remote position, some travel (Domestic & International) will be required per business/project needs estimated at 25%. The role of the IT Project Manager (PM) is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to business and IT goals, and established deadlines and budget. This includes identifying resource requirements, ensuring resources are acquired and on-boarded efficiently, and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also build business cases in collaboration with business stakeholders, define project objectives, ensure policies, processes and procedures are effectively followed, and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle. We are continuing to evolve/mature our internal IT project management processes and this position would support developing business requirements for ServiceNow and working with our team to develop, test and implement required changes/processes. Responsibilities - Define project scope, objectives and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. - Build solid business cases in collaboration with business stakeholders. - Oversee and manage the portfolio of prioritized IT projects throughout the entire project lifecycle ensuring achievement of business cases. - Lead and manage IT projects through the entire project lifecycle. - Train team leaders and other project managers to ensure consistent project delivery in alignment with IT Project management processes. - Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. - Regularly report project status to project stakeholders. - Lead the Business Analysis of our internal Service Now requirements as we evolve our IT project management processes focused on our intake and prioritization of work processes Information Technology Application Knowledge: - Service Now – Information Technology Business Management is used as our IT project management tool - Microsoft Office - Microsoft SharePoint / Teams Personal Qualities - Strong leadership qualities and the ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources (including upper management, external customers and suppliers, business units and functional organizations) and ensure alignment to achieve project objectives and outcomes. - Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential. - Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating. - Act as a change agent in pursuit of moving business and IT strategies forward. Qualifications - 4-year college/university degree in either information technology, computer science, software engineering, or business management. - Experience in successfully building an IT program management office in a global manufacturing environment. - 8-10 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of PM process development and execution. - 5-8 years direct experience leading IT projects. - Experience leading business transformation and organizational change management initiatives. - Excellent skill in combining project management practices with software development. - Exceptional skill in time management, multitasking, and attention to detail. - Proven leadership skills and excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation). - Proven experience in developing compelling business cases and delivering expected ROIs. - Proven experience in delivering status reports and presentations to multiple stakeholders at all level of the organization.

About the role The Practice Manager is responsible for owning the services costing and estimation process for Field Engineering engagements within Professional Services. This role ensures that services proposals accurately reflect the scope, effort, and resources required to successfully deliver infrastructure deployments and related field engineering services.
