Engineering Manager, Code Sync

• Lead and mentor a team building the DevLink platform—spanning Code Sync and Code Component, to enable seamless design‑to‑code workflows. • Oversee the development, reliability, and lifecycle of DevLink and related developer workflows (CLI, APIs/SDKs, Git integrations). • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders. • Drive the adoption of best practices in software development. • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration. • Ensure the team’s work aligns with Webflow’s overall strategic goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams.
  • 5+ years of strong experience in software development, with a focus on web development technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
