Immigration Attorney – Strategy & Intake
New Frontier Immigration Law
• Conduct high-volume strategy consultations with prospective immigration clients • Assess eligibility across family-based and humanitarian pathways (e.g., VAWA, U visas, T visas, SIJS, waivers, removal defense) • Design and clearly explain immigration roadmaps, including risks, timelines, and alternative options • Partner closely with intake and sales teams to convert consultations into retained clients • Address client objections related to cost, risk, timing, and eligibility • Support pricing alignment and scope clarity • Contribute directly to revenue growth, conversion rates, and retained value • Provide feedback to leadership on client trends, demand signals, and service gaps • Help refine service offerings and client positioning • Ensure handoff clarity to case management and legal teams post-retention
Job Requirements
- Spanish fluency
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction (or eligibility to practice immigration law)
- Minimum 3–5 years of immigration law experience
- Strong background in family-based and humanitarian immigration
- Exceptional client-facing communication skills
- Comfort operating in a metrics-driven, performance-oriented environment
- High emotional intelligence and cultural competence
- Ability to work Arizona business hours consistently

Role Description An Attorney II is the primary attorney assigned to a caseload defending 1st and 3rd party cases relating to the defense of personal injury lawsuits. Most cases involve injections without completed surgeries and case values up to $150,000. Cases are handled from inception through posttrial motions including bench trials, jury trials, and binding arbitration. Essential Job Functions: - Comprehensive review of new and transfer file assignments with initial evaluation letter to claims and service of initial discovery within 30 days of receipt of assignment. - Summarizing discovery responses and medical records within 30 days of receipt. - Taking and defending depositions of parties, lay witnesses, and expert witnesses and completion of deposition summaries within 20 days. - Law and motion: legal research; preparation of motions, oppositions and replies to motion; court appearance at law and motion. - Trial preparation, trial and posttrial motions including preparation of pretrial documents, motions in limine and oppositions thereto; all facets of a jury trial, trial motions and posttrial motions. - Other miscellaneous tasks as may be necessary to adequately defend the insured including assignments from managing and senior managing attorneys.
