Engagement & Development Summer Intern Overview: Pacvue is seeking an Engagement & Development Summer Intern to support key HR initiatives, including building Confluence resources, enhancing our internal employee learning platform (LearnUpon), and contributing to employee development programs. This role will help expand access to HR information and create more opportunities for employee learning and growth. Project Scope - Focus: Build/organize HR Confluence pages, support the expansion of HR L&D content, and provide overall support on ongoing Engagement initiatives - Business Objective: Improve employee self-service by creating HR documentation, increase awareness of L&D resources - Key Stakeholders: HR Team, all employees as users of Confluence/LearnUpon - Level of Ownership: Medium to High, after initial training. Should be able to work independently with detailed instructions. Deliverables/Milestones - Structure of HR Confluence Page created and build out of supplemental pages - Addition of up to 100 pieces of content into the LearnUpon platform - By the end of internship, Confluence pages should be live for all employees to view and browse Learning Objectives - Skills: - Internal comm/training program development & management - Employee engagement programs coordination - Project management - Tools - Confluence (website design) - LearnUpon (LMS) - Business Exposure: - Insight into HR operations - Understanding of L&D programs - Experience driving employee engagement in a remote environment - Exposure to internal comm strategies - Professional Development - Building/maintaining employee programs - Keeping tight deadlines - Developing communication skills Skills & Qualifications - Interest in HR, Learning & Development, or Education - Familiarity with Confluence or website/content design tools preferred - Strong written communication and content organization skills - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks - Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Location/Time Zone Preference: United States This is an hourly, remote summer internship for college students, offering up to 35 hours per week at a rate of $20 per hour.
