Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum completion of junior year by the start of the internship
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote work setup
- Availability for core business hours and virtual team meetings (Eastern Time preferred)
- Highly Preferred: HR certification or actively working toward one (PHR, SHRM-CP, aPHR, or equivalent)
- Proactive Mindset: Demonstrated ability to identify problems and propose solutions without being prompted
- Prior experience with HRIS platforms (Rippling, Paylocity, BambooHR, ADP, etc.)
- Familiarity with employment law fundamentals or HR compliance coursework
- Experience in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Job Summary: The Senior HRIS Analyst plays a critical role on the HR Systems team, serving as a hands-on Workday expert who partners closely with Talent & Culture, Total Rewards, and IT to support and evolve our HR technology ecosystem.
