• Clearly articulate the value, capabilities, and business impact of Roots Automation’s Digital Coworkers to senior leaders across insurance, financial services, and healthcare • Generate new business opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels) • Use research and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to identify, prioritize, and engage target accounts • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Roots Automation leadership • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM, including outreach activity, lead status, and obstacles • Manage a high daily volume of outreach (100+ contacts per day) while maintaining thoughtful, personalized follow-ups • Nurture prospects through consistent, creative follow-up to drive engagement and momentum • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified leads and opportunities • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing to optimize messaging and outreach strategies

• Support new hire onboarding and employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management within HR systems (e.g., Rippling) • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation • Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries • Coordinate visa and immigration processes in partnership with external legal counsel or PEO providers • Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws and internal policies • Support employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion • Contribute to employee engagement and culture initiatives, including recognition programs and team activities • Provide administrative and project support across the People team • Help improve and scale HR processes, systems, and documentation

• Win the trust of customers by demonstrating technical and business acumen in the insurance space and empathizing with their business challenges. • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for our customers. • Develop and deliver engaging demonstrations in collaboration with our sales team to both business and technical users. • Work with customer stakeholders to map current processes and architect an optimized process using Artificial Intelligence automation. • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs. • Lead, contribute to, and employ best practices in executing demos, POCs and pilots. • Help customers customize or extend Roots Automation solution during POC or pilot phases. • Present to prospects, customers, and partners at trade shows, conferences, and webinars. • Participate in value-added activities including community involvement (meetups), case studies and reference calls. • Work with customers and sales team stakeholders to design and align solutions to customer use cases, integration challenges, data reporting, and more. • Ability to discuss, with credibility, competitive offers in the marketplace and effectively differentiate against them. • Participate in pipeline development, forecasts, and quarterly business reviews.

• Develop and refine automation solutions through direct Python development, while also leveraging internal platforms and traditional RPA software as complementary tools where appropriate. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI/ML experts, to design robust, efficient automation that integrates seamlessly with existing systems. • Architect and build advanced automations and reusable components that form the backbone of our as-a-service offerings for clients. • Engage directly with clients to understand their business processes and tailor solutions to meet their unique needs. • Stay current with emerging technologies, applying advancements in AI, LLMs, and GPT to enhance automation capabilities. • Design and implement API integrations, whether using REST or SOAP protocols, to ensure smooth connectivity between systems and services. • Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
