• Manage client relationship and on-time delivery of program objectives • Coordinate and manage program/project status, timelines, and budgets • Act as the primary liaison between the client, business development, and project team • Work closely with laboratory management to ensure project deliverables meet expectations • Negotiate and make real-time decisions with the client • Drive compliance to project management standards across departments • Provide internal consulting on project management issues • Manage contract process and client project contract renewals • Support client inquiries and communications • Manage client expectations and collaboration with Laboratory Operations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Strong science and/or business acumen
- Demonstrated experience in FTE project management
- Thorough knowledge of GMP regulations preferred
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Proven analytical skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively in a stressful environment
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced undefined environment
