Sales and Partnerships Associate, Digital Assets
Jiko
• Maintain and update Salesforce records, including opportunities, partnership stages, pipeline data, and client inputs to ensure accuracy and visibility • Capture, track, and analyze key financial and sales metrics to support forecasting, pipeline reporting, and sales outcomes • Support partner onboarding workflows, coordinating tasks, documenting milestones, and tracking progress across internal stakeholders • Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and summaries that help sales leadership identify trends and opportunities • Join client and partner calls alongside senior team members to take detailed notes, follow up on action items, and enhance relationship continuity • Help develop and maintain partnership documentation, contact lists, integration timelines, and deliverable trackers • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure alignment on go-to-market materials, partner requirements, and onboarding communications • Assist with ad-hoc sales operations and process improvements that drive team efficiency and partner success
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, business development, partnerships, or financial analysis
- Foundational understanding of crypto and digital asset markets, including exchanges, custodians, stablecoins, and institutional trading workflows
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform business decisions
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Series 7 and 63 licensing preferred; if not, commitment towards accreditation within 3 months
